2- What are your focus areas and why?

Currently, I am looking at a number of deals in Europe and North American within the e-commerce sector. The recent global pandemic has demonstrated that the right businesses within this sector have the ability to scale and grow quickly once the right structures and processes and put into place.

3- What do you expect of yourself?

I always expect that I perform at my best level possible each day, and aim to get better each day too.

4- When it comes to your work and performances, What is the difference you aim to make?

The difference I love to make is impacting other people’s lives. There is no better feeling than seeing the difference and impact you can make on others.

5- What the word “Dealmaking” means to you?

The art of crafting deals through negotiations focused on an integrative, or value-creating process, rather than through distributive bargaining, or a haggling process.

6- If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your career what would it be? And what would you change?

Work on your mindset and set goals as soon as you can. I would have studied more on improving my mindset, setting goals from an earlier age and not wasting a single day!

7- According to you, what is your biggest achievement or deal you ever concluded?

This is easy! The best deal I ever concluded was very early in my career whilst working for a global banking organization! I won’t mention names but taking over another bank for the first time was a wonderful experience and helps me form the foundations of my success to date.

8- From your experience, what advice would you give to young entrepreneurs just starting out?

The most successful start-ups are founded by people who are passionate about what they do. So what are your passions? Whether you have a love for kayaking or music, the things you’re most interested in can serve as a great source of inspiration for entrepreneurial ideas. When you base your ideas off something you truly love, you’ll be more focused and motivated. Better yet, you’ll bring in your own knowledge and personal experiences – key ingredients that can help you find a unique angle that helps you succeed.

9- And what are you most excited about at the moment?

Everything – as each day is another day I can achieve whatever I set out and put my mind to!
