I was born in Sweden but now living in Spain. I enjoy healthy food, books, and travel.
2- What are your focus areas and why?
Kratom and CBD oil because these substances have the most positive impact on people who suffers from pain and mood disorders. I also write about brain health supplements (nootropics) because balanced brain chemistry translates to a better mood, concentration, and other vital cognitive functions.
3- How would you describe “Nootroholic” in a few words?
Nootroholic: Educational content for people who want pain relief and quality sleep using earth-grown plants.
4- Where do you think it’s making an impact?
Among pain sufferers and people who are addicted to prescription opioids.
5- And why you chose the natural medicine niche?
Because it’s also a big part of my lifestyle. It kept me motivated to write since I was doing it myself.
6- What is your opinion on the Natural vs. Man-Made substance?
There are both goods and bads in both natural substances and man-made. The best thing to do is do proper research and learn about it no matter if it’s man-made or natural.
7-What advice would you give to young people just starting out as bloggers and hoping to make it?
Pick a topic you care about. Buy books and online courses on that topic to become an expert. Write articles every day. Learn SEO so you know what to write about. Promote your articles on relevant Facebook groups, Reddit, and other online forums. This is to start and get your blog seen and motivated to write.
Then you grind it until you make it. Be fine without making money the first or the second year. Everyone’s road to their goal is different. Learn from mistakes and you will make your own road. Don’t give up after 10 articles.
8- Where do you see the blog in the next 5 years?
It will be bigger with more educational topics covered.
9- And what are you most excited about at the moment?
I just moved from Sweden to Spain so right now the sun.

Do something every day that will benefit your future goal. When you feel like giving up the most then keep going just a bit more and you’ll reach your goal.
